“I want to paint the brick at my house. But my neighbor who is really good at decorating said that that will bring the value down. Is that true?”
To be honest, I’ve never heard of painting the brick bringing down the value. Maybe it’s just her personal opinion and she doesn’t like the look of painted brick. But many times I’ve seen brick painted as well as I have done it. We’ve seen a lot lately of people painting white and doing like black accents.
